TDCM 0.2.0

Added the tdcm.ipd() function assesses item parameter drift (IPD) in the TDCM by applying the Wald test for differential item functioning.
Resolved an issue where references to DOIs in the package documentation were getting converted to \link instead of \doi due to how they were declared in the comments.
Improved several of the references included in the package documentation.
Added a CRAN badge to README.Rmd and README.md.
Updated the required versions for various package dependencies.
Updated the Developer Guide vignette to provide more information about the various ways in which people can contribute to the project and added GitHub issue templates to streamline the submission of bug reports and feature requests. These addition were primarily authored by undergraduate students in Dr. Cotterell’s research group in Summer 2024.
