ggnuplot: Make 'ggplot2' Look Like 'gnuplot'

Provides a theme, a discrete color palette, and continuous scales to make 'ggplot2' look like 'gnuplot'. This may be helpful if you use both 'ggplot2' and 'gnuplot' in one project.
