fkr: Realistic Fake Data Generator for the Philippines

Generates realistic, locale-aware synthetic data for the Philippines, covering both personal data (names, ages, birthdays, contact details, addresses, government-ID-style numbers) and business data (company names, industries, job titles, products, prices, and permit numbers). Every value, including anything formatted to resemble a government identifier, is drawn uniformly at random for software testing, prototyping, and teaching, and does not correspond to any real person, business, or record.
