IETF Administration LLC Completes 2020 Financial Review

24 Jun 2021

The IETF Administration LLC Board of Directors has received a clean result for its 2020 stand-alone annual financial statement.

The “unqualified audit opinion” presented to the Board indicates that the IETF LLC financial statements were fairly and appropriately presented, without any identified exceptions, and in compliance with the generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP). This follows on the unqualified result the IETF LLC received for the first-ever review of its 2019 financial statement. Last year presented a special challenge as the 2020 annual budget was reforecast due to the global pandemic. This excellent result is due to work by the IETF Secretariat team and IETF LLC Executive Director Jay Daley.
